No, that’s not it – the email was just fine until I read that I was a “truly remarkable asset to the iTunes Store family”. What the heck does *that* mean? The first three paragraphs accomplished the task of being polite and helpful. That last paragraph is just ridiculously over the top and comes off as unprofessional and goofy.
