		<description>I&#039;ve actually stayed at the Marcel before. I wouldn&#039;t recommend it. The best location for the money I&#039;ve seen is the Times&#039; Square Howard Johnson. It&#039;s cheap, and the location&#039;s amazing. Come back sometime I can actually make it!</description>

		<description>Yikes!  The city is certainly loud, but most places have double-paned glass that really cut out the sound.  I&#039;m sorry to hear about the mediocre hotel experience. :(</description>
